Hydroplane Hull from Modelshipsahoy - selection of running gear

Hi.
1^st time boat builder here. I have a 36? long by 18? (at the sponsons) modelshipahoy (Fiberglass) hydro (Atlas Van Lines)

So far??I?ve purchased a Leopard Motor (1390 KV) and a Speedmaster Lgr .250 Strut Assembly (Hydro).

Need some ?coaching? ? I need right size tube (to fit in speed master size strut ), a coupler that would work to motor, a flex drive shaft. It also appears that nylon tube that fits inside that tube ? unsure of this? Not sure which of this stuff to purchase.

Sorry, for all these questions but piecemealing this boat together as I can afford it and doing this by the seat of my pants.
