I was wondering if anybody adds weight to the left sponson on a hydro to balance out the weight the turn fin and bracket.
    Thanks

Yea that’s what I thought . Just building a new hydro and starting thinking about the side to side balance and how sometimes
I have notice some hydros will carry the left sponson out of the water going down the straight.

Usually better to offset the packs to the left if you want to hold down the sponson. No extra weight required.

I should of said the boats is a blazer sport 40 so you are stuck keeping the packs in the middle. That said the turn fin and bracket is 3.8 oz. so its not alot of weight.
