New Build Raider M34 CF

Could use a little direction!
Just starting on a Raider M34 CF mono build, my first build.
I have installed a Speedster Stinger Strut and now I need to install the ose duel pickup rudder, OSE-83347. Two questions on the mounting position of the rudder.
1. With the rudder turned90 degrees to the stern how far from edge of rudder to CL of stinger?? I am guessing 1 inch to 1 1/8 niches??
Next question I have is the bottom of the rudder in relation to the bottom of the keel, is minus 2 inches about right??

This is a sport set up with leopard 4074-2000kv, Raider esc and 4S lips. I picked these after some great help from members on this Forum.

Did you end up picking up a ESC? If so, what size/Amp did you chose for your build? I am in the process of building a DF Pirate 35" which is similar in size to the 34" Raider. Thanks
