I'm running a hydro w a etti hv esc and a neu 1527 1.5y motor octura 450 prop on 10 cell and the boat revs out w no load but when I put it in the water for the first time today it can't Rev up.... If I hold the prop out of the water then pull full throttle and hold it, then drop the boat into the water it'll take off like a rocket and hold speed until I let off the throttle. Once that happens it can't Rev out again when the throttle is pulled again. I have tried changing the low voltage cut off from the 10 cell setting to disabled. I have tried changing the timing of the motor. I have tried changing the pwm settings. On the telemetry there is no large voltage spikes. Nothing seems to work. The batteries are brand new. Any ideas fellas?
