So I came to the realization that there was no way to get a 60" boat from my basement shop, up a flight of stairs and numerous rooms to get outside for sanding and paint without dents and nicks to the walls and the boat...so 2 weeks went into designing and building a cart/trailer.
The boats getting ready for paint...I made tiny hinges for the rear hatch with removable pins so the entire hatch can be quickly removed. With the removable rear seat there's tons of room to access stuff and battery installation. Still have to solder up the front railing and cockpit handholds,
mock up the cockpit side bolsters and driver and passenger seats...but I think its safe to say I'm over the hump!!! 20190727_092857.jpg20190727_131112.jpg20190727_131148.jpg20190727_131148.jpg20190727_131326.jpg20190727_131340.jpg
