    Venom Segad 55" brushless conversion

    Hello there..

Im new in here, so i hope for some good inputs from you all
I have recently bought a Venom Segad gas boat. A nice big cat that i've been looking for in a while.
I've always had RTR or ARTR boats in the past, but know im building my own version.

It would be nice if you all would give me some inputs in what is good and what is not a good idea.

First: The boat is being repainted, cause i dont like the looks of it.. (see pictures)
Second: Im going the brushless way.

    Setup will be:
Motor: SSS 5694 800KV max volts: 60, max rpm: 50k
    ESC: Flier ESC 320amp 3-16S
Lipos: 12S (thinking about going higher but might be too much)
Prop: Standard gas prop 3 blade (pretty big, so i have a 2 blade thats a few mm smaller to start with)

    DOES THIS SOUND TOTALLY CRAZY??

    Best Regards
    The Crazy Dane

The gas prop says 67/7/3 so i guess that mean 67mm. Dont know what 7 means, but its a 3 blade.. Im kind of a rookie when it comes to props..
