It looks great! Should be running around 50?
The video looks like you have the KB45 11XL on 8S 1P?
Might put some heat shrink on the motor bullet connectors, so they cant accidently short.ReddyWatts fleet photo

Ok that is 8s 1P. You might want to try the 640 prop next? Should increase it 3-5mph. Will not see that much difference in the 640 and 642, mostly amps.
That is the best sport setup I have seen in that hull. Looks really stable.Last edited by ReddyWatts; 11-30-2008, 01:13 AM.ReddyWatts fleet photo

is there a big diff from 462 to the 640 or 642 should i leave the strut where it is the esc stay really cool below a hundred that fan is doing its job lolComment

Yes, the 462 will smoke your controller. It will use over 200 amps.
Did you ever check your amps with the 442? Should check amps before moving up in size of props?ReddyWatts fleet photo

Not with brushless motors. Dont depend on temps. It can blow equipment before you have time to take a reading or gets hot. Get a "watts up" meter to connect between your batteries and controller. It is real easy to use and will pay for itself in saved equipment.
