36” Aeromarine Avenger ... I need to just finish this thing

It’s just been sitting for 3 years. I need to re do the battery trays, build a esc mount , size down from 1/4 to .187 cable with liner, fill a couple small holes in the hull , re do bullets on the battery side of esc.... Anyone want to take this off my hands? lol ... I plan on running 8s , TP 5650 1150kv, 300amp Swordfish. It should run pretty good , I’ve had it on the water twice and seems like a great runner. Just no time for a “me” boat

Ok so I’ve had this boat for 4+ years and I’m finally interested in it again. Burned stuff up trying to power it with a T180 and a 1800kv 56mm motor on 6s , tried really hard to make that work. Now I feel confident a 1150 kv will do the trick on 7-8s . Bolted the big dung in today, cut the stuffing tube down to make room for this very large German 8mm x 1/4” collet. Soldered 8mm bullets on , going to make CF battery trays with snap lock Velcro, snap lock Velcro is serious and I probably won’t need straps for sport running. Going to order some batteries and a esc tomorrow. Hopefully JT approves of this shaft thruster job 0BC765A8-206A-464F-A69E-B1368299E6EF.jpgC97B2142-07BC-477A-82AC-91B3CC59C569.jpg305C1729-0EC3-4433-A8D5-6F17C52EDECA.jpg
