The Hurricane is a great hull for a 10S race boat. My old club had 4-5 over the years and all ran in the 60s in oval trim, faster for SAW-type running. A variety of motors were used with Kvs between 750 and 900. Props were x460-x465. With their easy to tape hatch they stay dry and run great. here are a few links:

Following. I’m still working on avenger 48, build is a few threads down. I’m waiting on cooling can but think I might take 1 or 2 laps Sunday. I really like that hull, looks great. I look forward to seeing this.

...I'd like to second that Crash. If you're out there Fluid, I'd like to say a special thanks as well. Every time I've asked questions here about a new build, your help and wise advice has helped enormously. You've saved me a lot of money and time over the years. Big thanks Bro'. R.Beer

where do you find these herzog hurricane hulls? Im in the market for a 43-48 in. mono but i cant find the hurricanes anywhere. I have a castle 2028 with a swordfish 240 running 8s2p in a prather 46 cruiser that runs straight and fast, but Im looking for a sportier hull. Delta force mono, aeromarine challenger, and the hurricane are all on my radar.
