    ML Boatworks

If there is already a post about this please point me in that direction.

I'm curious how difficult building a ML Boatworks 1/8 Bud would be and how long it would take just for the frame? I've never built a boat but I don't consider myself a novice. I pick up on things pretty easily. What is the most difficult part of building a kit? Is it worth getting the instructions from Newton Marine?

The frames are super easy to build, should only take a few days. Everything is lazer cut and labeled for easy assembly.

Which Bud are you thinking of building? The more modern pickle fork or the older shovel nose style?
Either way, as KC-Duncan stated, they are really easy to frame up.
If you go to the "Scale Hydroplane FE talk" forum. You will see there are several boats being built at the moment.

Also do a search of the forums & there are many other builds to look at.
See the danger. THEN DO IT ANYWAY!!!
