    Hey there,

Do you think it's possible for me to find someone who can build me an RC replica of my family's old boat? Pics attached. 1987 Bahner ski boat with 200 HP Mercury Black Max outboard. I'd love if I could even find a plastic hull that's similar shape so I could find someone to paint it.

Well! I have a hull. It's not exactly what I wanted and def not the color but I like the profile of it. The question is, Do I use the OSE Evinrude motor with brushless system, or use an aqua craft ep-1 and put a brushless system? Also What height should I be mounting the outboard. some have the outboards ventilation plate level with the bottom of the hull, others have the lower gearbox bullet level with the bottom of the hull

That SKII looks awesome! I have an old Dumas ski-vee hanging around in the rafters somewhere. I'll have to try to find it. I would go with the OSE Evinrude, but that's just me. Good luck, -Ken-

Another thing, you have to dicide. Do you want it to be a surface drive or a sub drive? This will determine where the vent plate will be. -Ken-
