Aero Marine Avenger

Yo guys I have a friend who wants me to build. His boat a aero marine avenger 36 the guy is pretty clueless he says he doesn't want to spend more than a grand. What motor setup should I use a leopard 4092 1480kv on 6s or more. What ESC. This is his first boat and I want it to be that he can run a higher voltage if he wants. This is also his first rc so he doesn't have a remote or charger. So if I remove the shipping cost of around 150 and a 100 for the remote and charger I would have around 700 to build the boat. Could you guys help me find a setup in this range please.

I built a sprint cat 36'that is almost the same boat as this avenger with a 4092 1390kv on 6S using a T180 V2 esc for two seasons with zero issues. The T180 V3 is a good esc but personally I don't like its watercooling so the new Sf 220 seems to be a good option.Gill

What speeds do you get with that setup!
