Converting a venom e.k.o.s to single drive?

So I'm new to boats , gona convert this thing as I picked up and the hull was already drilled for a single drive, here's my questions, I was gona pick up a strut rudder combo off Here but have no clue what to get, and I'm sure trial and error would work but why not ask the pros?
The part I'm trying to figure is stuffing tube ? Liner ? No liner, strut bushing etc, like for a .150 cable what size tube and so on. So if anyone could point me in right direction I would be greatly appreciated thanks yalll

Offset rudder is best.

Steve at OSE may sell the strut and rudder in line setup but you would need the offset bracket he may also sell.
