Any idea's on how to fix it?
Here is a vieo of that run....

Alfa,I love the look of the Lightning graphics, If you are any good with an airbrush, I would paint it on.... IMO of course!!!
It has a little to do with the torque you can see it in your video at low speed around the 1.45 mark ....I have found that prop to be good for these hulls. Is your skeg height level with the sponsor's?... Put the hull on a flat table and make sure there is no twist in the hull...I have had two of these hulls and both of them were twisted it can be fixed by adding matting and fiberglass resign on the bottom of the hull then sanding it back to make it level.. 1.Make sure your battery's are in the same place in the hull...

    cheers

Dave what prop are you running on it?

        Whats your set up?

Is the hull twisted severely or anything... anything wierd visually near the back of the sponson that is lifting?

It doesnt look bad i the video but its kinda hard to tell. Id guess its just torque roll and normal.
Ok, Now this is a boat I was building for my farther but he passed just as I was finnising it, He got all the parts in but due to illness I built it for him..
        Ok, Spec's...
        10L Feigao - 2602KV,
4S, 5000mAh Li-Po (He gave me two 4S packs) I know, 1 pack on one side, but the other is in the oposite side to ballence it... should go faster with two 2s packs...
        Etti 150A ESC,
        Octura X440 two blade prop.

My strut runs level from the bottom of the boss to the bottom of the sponsons and the COG is 204mm from the transom of the sponsons....

There is twist in the hull but only at the front and that's not even close to the water... it does bug me though......

Try raising the strut a little bit, but keep it level, at 0 degrees. Also on your twist, how is only the front twisted and not the whole length? Not being sarcastic, just asking the question. When the boat is sitting on a flat surface, (like the end of a table) is one sponson sitting up off the table? Is one sponson ride pad on an extreme angle? A 440 shouldnt be giving you enough torque roll to have to worry about anything. I get a little roll right off the line but once moving I have little to no roll and Im running and 8XL w/ a 442 prop

most of these hulls had a slight twist, the front right of the sponson up about 1mm
have heard guys used to build hulls like that deliberately to help in oval racing, not sure how true that is but a slight twist shouldn't hurt

I thought that a standard size servo should be ok but no... I' m looking for a low profile model.
This one looks good? My radio is a Spektrum DX2S DSM. Thanks

                                Hello guys,
I reInfoced the hull: glass fiber for the front joint hull, epoxy in the points and between the 2 points ,
I used carbon layer for the bottom and sides of the hull , and back table which receives the rudder is doubled

I also put epoxy in this part to reinforce, to have a good access to the rudder' s screws and to have a nice flat surface for washers
Let me know what you think, did I made a mistake?
