Something along the lines of that Lightning 46 decal would look very nice on a cat....

I like the Gancia/Diesel Jeans guise myself. A long hull stripe incorporating that theme would be nice too. Not butting in just admiring the build.

                Hi guys,
I have just taken another HOR32 out for it's first run and I'm not sure why but it kinda lifts up on one side???? I think it's the torque of the drive line...???? My other one didn't do it though......????
Any idea's on how to fix it?
Here is a vieo of that run....

Alfa,I love the look of the Lightning graphics, If you are any good with an airbrush, I would paint it on.... IMO of course!!!

Hello Dave, the best way to fix the lift is to build a twin drive motors ... This lift is less if you run on 6S, the cat is heavier. You con put the left battery more in front of the boat. Sorry for my bad english, I hope you understand

Hi Alfa, I've been looking at your twin build! I bet that thing is so quick!!! I have a twin also but it only runs 380L motors and I am having problems with that too.. Prop's I think????
Do not worry about you English, It's better than my French! :-)

I don' t build a twin, may be you' re talking about tiqueman' s HOTR? In fact, that' s nice job. With a twin, motors don' t turn in the same way so there' s no lift effect, but you know that. Try with the prop a little bit higher

Check you balance across the boat and make sure the drive line is lubed.

Wow, thanks for the compliments Alfa!

Dave what prop are you running on it?

                            Whats your set up?

Is the hull twisted severely or anything... anything wierd visually near the back of the sponson that is lifting?

It doesnt look bad i the video but its kinda hard to tell. Id guess its just torque roll and normal.

The lift is probably due to the strut being too deep. There is no reason that a single cannot run without lifting a sponson.

And Rumdog is correct... I have a single 32" cat that runs dead flat side to side w/ no roll issues.

Again, my guess, something to do w/ your drive system, be it too large a prop or running it too deep... start there.
