A bit more work done, installed the trim tabs and also tried some lipo sleds. I'll be cutting some new ones around 500mm long for extra travel.

Insane quality of work here as usual! Lack of replies probably means people are just speechless. The only thing i would do differently is the rudder extension bracket. It looks functional but I think it could've been done a bit more refined with your skill. Perhaps with tapered edges so it looks like a pyramid instead of a staircase. You could also veneer the sides like you normally do with motor mounts on cats. But I really like the big CF plate on the back which everything bolts onto. The inside of the boat looks perfect!

Thanks my friend!!!! You're right about the bracket, with the extra step added it don't look bad. I may how ever make another one to see if I can get it looking straight and epoxy some veneer onto it. But honestly I don't mind the way it looks.

Beautiful build. Love the trim tabs and the custom rudder bracket, Kinda reminds me of an extension box for a #6 out drive. Interior is stellar!

Excellent work. More like engineering than boat building.

Thanks guys for the kind words. I just got the hull back from the painter. It's a nice Black Saphire Metallic. We are doing the Bacardi Silver Theme (converted to mono) My next step was to re-mount the hardware and prepare to glue in the "multi mount". But before gluing that in, I have to make sure the stuffing tube was perfectly aligned and glued in.

Yep, totally on purpose. I want the point of the "R" to face eachother. If I spin it around I think it will look a bit funny?
