Steering cables are done, I used two short pieces of K&S 3/16 x .014 aluminum tubing to house the plastic cable liners. I siliconed the aluminum tubes to the radio box to seal them, the cable liners can be removed and replaced if they ever wear out. For the outlet where the cable seals, I used small water line and two small o-rings (1/8 x 1/4) and the o-rings squeeze the tubing just enough for it to seal to the cables. I'll also inject some grease into the cables and liners with a syringe before I run the boat.

The OSE 500MM battery straps are real nice, they make it all the way around my 6s pack, I'll use two straps just because the packs are so big.
The 350mm long CF battery trays needed a little trimmed off the ends to shorten them just a bit, then I drilled a hole through each spacer block and through the battery tray to get a little more "bite" out of the JB weld.

I had some stress cracks in the gel coat right in front where the cowl is supported, I reinforced the area on both sides with some CF cloth and epoxy. I do remember it wrecking violently quite a few times back in the day

Also used some Du-Bro 6/32 threaded brass inserts to mount the back of the cowl, they have a wood screw type outer thread and they were epoxied in place, finished it off with a rubber washer to help space the cowl out a bit more. I used to just use a wood screw in each side

Then I had to cut some clearance in the rear of the cowl for extra motor room, my belt sander made it a quick and easy job.

That's it for now, thanks for looking
