    Aeromarine Mean Machine Twin

I am going to build my mean machine into a twin powered cat since it doesn't seem anyone has done it. I have a pair of 8L Fiegao motors and I will probably use a pair of hydra 240s. I aslo have a pair of 4s1p evo lipos that will be used. Any thoughts or suggestions on this setup? I am assuming I will be ok to keep the battery packs separate feeding each motor, or should I run the pack parallel and feed both ESC's from both battery packs? this is my first twin setup so I am going to be learning as I go.

Hell it went over with the 7xl and no wind at all. I hope this works. Maybe I should just do a pair of 7xls....

are you going to be mounting the drives on the tunnel or on the sponsons? it will make a big diff how it turns.

the running gear will be in the sponsons with the rudder in the middle. Mike I already have the mean machine and its apart now. I needed to change the motor mount anyway, so I figured why not have a little fun with it.

I don't think mine will be that fast, unless I end up with a pair of 7xls in there. never know though. I wonder if there is anymore info out there about his setup.

I built mine with speedmaster stingers,150 flex cables,on leopard 4074 2000kv with two seaking 180 esc and i run it on two hyperion 5s packs with graupner 42mm props and its ballistic.it is a little tight in the sponsons for motor mounting so i made my own.good luck
