      Since I have to do a bend ... I would probably need a bigger tube than 4-5mm right? What size (with teflon) would you recommend for my .093 (2.36mm) wires?

        I would go with 5mm but I don't think teflon in this case is necessary.In my rigger with 1,5mm wiredrive the tube had 3,5mm (no teflon)..a piece of silicone tube in the top can easily stop water to enter the hull.Gill
