    Mhz MTI build TFL drives

Hi, just thought I'd share my latest build, it's a 30" mhz MTI cat with twin TFL stern drives, plan on running it on 3s . Not after super speed, just more scale look.
I have quite a few other builds on the go, so this one may take a little while.
    Regards mick

I really love the way these outdrives look, very similar to the real popular mercury outdrives on so many offshore racing catamarans. I was thinking of doing a build just like this but with maybe an Aeromarine Mean Machine as I liked the flat transom, but just the overall size of the boat is too small for my tastes..... But apparently MHZ is taking preorders for S6 Z drives to apparently start producing them again so I may have to look into that..... A Central Marine Skater with dual S6 drives would be awesome.....

That is awesome, have seen the Mhz Mti cat on the site for some time now. Have you picked out motors yet?

Thanks guys, I was looking at one of the pro marine boats, but he wouldn't sell the hull on their own.
The mhz hull may be a little small side but I couldn't find anything else around. And I didn't have time to machine my own plug out yet that was more like 36".
Going with the motors that came on the drives, think their around 2600 kv?

Any updates on this build by chance? I am actually planning the same setup and loving the looks so far!

Nice start. I really wish TFL made a larger version of this drive for a 50"+ hull.

Sorry mate, but sold the project off before I got to running it, not sure if it made it to the water.
