i have a couple of carbon fiber mounts i like, i would like to make more of this type. the do it your self guy i am would like to make some of my own, not out of carbon fiber. was wondering if zpoxy are something would be strong enough if i can build some kind of mold was what i was thinking.

anyone done this are have a way to make some beside wood. i have made the shape out of wood but can not cut the adjustment
angle slide that will work very good

Epoxy by itself will not be strong enough. I use scrap G10 sheet ~0.09" thick to make the side pieces - plenty strong and free if you have the material or can beg/borrow some. Cut with a fine toothed hacksaw, the stuff is tough.
