My Delta Force 33" Mono build

This is my first mono in about 10 years. I sure hope it runs good
All I am waiting for is cooling parts, turn fin and Velcro straps that I can't seem to find anywhere. I am looking for that double sided velcro with hook on one side and loop on the other. I used to be able to buy them at Walmart but I can't find them anymore.

I have access to the velcro straps all you have to do is secure them in the hull. How many do you need?

Btw nice job on the mono i have the df29 mono. She's very fast and really stable.

Andy, I have a shelf full of Hydro's so I figured it was time for a change. I am going to cool the motor, just waiting for the jacket and a water outlet to come in. The motor is a 1521 1.5D.

Looks real good Ray. I like that 2 piece extended rudder mount. Did you do that yourself? I had a guy at a custom machine shop make me a one piece that long.

Yeah I am a wannabe machinest. One of these days I will buy some real tools and make some nice hardware. Here are the RTR pics. First test will be tomorrow morn.

Ray nice build. One question about the hull. Is there a delta force logo some where inside the hull?

Nope, my guess is that its a copy. That is prob why the rails were so far off. Do the actaul Delta Force 33" hulls have the rails installed already?

Steven can you get the Delta Force 36" version?

that hull is a copy I have the same one. It is identical to the df33 the only difference in the seam is more toward the middle of the hull not at where the deck and hull would be joined like on a full scale boat.
                    the bottom is the same.

I think you are going to need stern weight added judging by the pics at where you batteries are going to mount, and comparing with mine

The Manx has been sitting dormant, but I think I finally have my motivation back. I hope to see it float soon.

If you do not see a Delta Force sticker molded into the hull on the right hand side, then it is a copy.

                      Build looks good Ray.

Its a copy for sure, I looked back at the thread that I bought it from and it does say it is a DF copy.

Avanti, I set this hull up to run a bunch of different cells that I have and will be buying to use in another hull. I have it setup to run exactly between 30%-33% depending on where I put the cells. I will have a couple different size 4s packs that I want to be able to use in this hull. I may even give it a blast on 5s from time to time. If anything I will need to add a little weight to the bow with my lighter 4s cells.

but your title says DF and its not its a knock off which is false advertisement.

Funny Taylor.....ok ok I know its a knock off. If I could change the title to "Hey look at my Fake DF33, I am to cheap to buy the real one" I would

Steven you have my permission to change the title to that please.
