    I not sure of the prop dimensions, I think the prop shaft is 1/8" and the prop diameter is 28mm. It is the stock prop, I will measure it tonight.

    Where can I get smaller props??? I'm having trouble finding them.

        I believe if you walk into a hobby store that has these little boats, you could probably find
        a small prop stuff like this... not sure what sizes these are but it's a start...

          Thanks UBH. I have to run to the Hobby store today anyhow.

          I have a 27mm prop with a hole for a 3mm shaft, I might be able to drill it out to 1/8". My drill press sits level and with that big of a hole (.1181") the .125 bit should follow pretty straight.
