    tools to have

All, looking for a good place or list of good tools to have to make boat building easier. Trying to find a small adjustable wrench has been difficult so far (to tighten down smalls nuts on parts that are in-line on a bolt ((cant use a socket)).

    thanks in advance

Allen wrenches, nut drivers, a basic hand drill and a set of bits. Small files, screw drivers, Various grits of sandpaper, stay away from adjustable tools will only strip nuts and cause frustration... this list can go along ways...alot depends on if you plan on doing from scratch hulls or premade.

So far just premade hulls. Oh ok, thanks for the info on the adjustable. needlenose just make it difficult to tighten down the additional nut on the trim tab bolt, for example.

I have this and love it:

Also a good set of small allen wrenches, I'm always using those.

A couple deep sockets for nuts that have long bolts sticking out.
