Thanks guys from now on things will go quick.Half of the molds ready...tomorrow the schedule is to start the other side if mother nature helps...epoxy really dislikes temps below 17C so I have a heater in the workshop to keep temp controlled.

So right now you are making the mold which you will lay the fiberglass in to create the sponsons and main body correct? With those molds you can make as many parts as you want to layup correct?

Thanks Travis...this is the only way I,ve learned to make trusty molds...takes time but really pays off.Ken you are correct these molds are for high production,,even not being my case...but I have a dozen hulls to build as we will start this class in our club.actually this boat will be a 4S P limited rigger.here some more progress.

What is the material you poured in the mold as filler??
