Anything going on Here? The holiday's over now back to work!!!!

I Did a little on mine just figured out how to use epoxy over Styrofoam to harden the hatch form. and added some extra clearance for battery placement, Now I can get a regular 3 cell lipo in it.

I saw that you and Asa have made a bit of progress. I need to reorder my parts as I think my LHS lost my order. So I have done nothing as of late.

I need to muster up some motivation
The Manx has been sitting dormant, but I think I finally have my motivation back. I hope to see it float soon.

Avanti you are almost as slow as me, and that is really bad! Believe me my son has been nagging me for weeks to get the Hydromite finished!!!!

Hey Avanti, if you could snap me some more picks and maybe sketch out your idea for the cooling ducts, I would appreciate it as I am not quite following you on your intentions there.

the cooling ducts will simply bring fresh cool air into the motor compartment and let the hot air out.
hopefully I will get back at this soon. I have just not had any motivation to do it. I have been riding the motorcycle lately.

I get that, but you said it would be isolated to keep water out? I don't see how you plan on doing that.

the motor compartment will be sealed from the rest of the hull via hatches and silicone

Ah, ok, so if you flip you expect the compartment to flood?

yes it can take on water, but the motors can take water unlike the esc and rx

no, but I did get the second coupler I needed. now all I need for parts is a rudder. I just have no desire to mess with it right now. I have not messed with the boats in a few months. I am going to our meet (Land-O-Lakes, FL) this month though (I've not been to the past few).
