rudder, flex shaft

i got one of these for a rescue boat i am trying to build ,

it said 4mm in strut. which size brass tube and flex assembly do i need to use. looked at the ks stock and it does not show 4mm thanks.

Six picture down the road.
These, to the best of my knowledge, are Chinese brass tubes, they are thinner than K&S. I ordered two of them and because in my opinion with regard to the difference, I never used them. I wish I could find them and send them to you, but you will have to come and help me to turn my garage up side down.

rescue boat : won' t use surface drive + flex

build /buy something slow like a scale boat or....

why using flex when you have to reverse ?

its left over parts i have other then the drive, so i just went with it lol, would have like to have a solid drive shaft. next version will have it
