Designing a turn fin (What size and Shape)

I am working on a Scale Spec Hydro. Trying to decide on a turn fin and I know nothing about what shape size thickness so why not have a discussion on the size shape ect of the modern turn fin. My particular boat is a 28.5 inch hydro built using the Dave frank plans that were modified slightly.

Well, I spent some time over the last two years. Probably just reinventing the wheel. 0.060" 6061 Al seems to work well with a late bend or curl at the end. Sharpened/tapered about 3/4" into the fin from the leading edge. I tried thinner stronger materials which work even better, but they are difficult to work with.
