Hey folks. I found an unmarked bl motor from years ago. Is there any simple way of determining the kv on it?

Yes, with a brushless motor Kv checker. Google will give you choices. Otherwise, no reliable way to tell, too many variables.

If you have an esc with a datalogger you can run it unloaded (on the lowest voltage possible) and check data log RPM. Of course this method is only as good as the data logger.
