457 are a little smaller then the 3 blades you have I would say that is a good place to start maybe cut down a few MM

Should I try larger than the 457 or get those n work up?

i know its an old one, but im starting to look for props for this boat, and i cant seem to find anything in the 55-60mm range l and r rotation. if anyone has any ideas of if i need to cut down a prop to make it work. was thinking of some 5519 propshop props in 3 blade or even 5 blades. but i fear they may be a bit too aggressive for my 240 esc'

edit: i do have both sets of shafts, 3/16 and 1/4

Octura x457. I see no reason to cut them down either. Just sharpen and balance.

theoretically on its the same as what i have, but i do have on already and can get the reverse and try it out. thanks Keith!

now just need a waterproof gps to mount on the deck. or use my phone in a lifeproof case.
