Randy, how does the orange stripe change its color? Did I miss anything?
Too many boats, not enough time...

It is orange reflective motorcycle wheel striping that I got at cyclegear :) all lights and decals were bought at autozone , cyclegear and my local Ktm dealer. Some of the decals I had already that came with parts purchases or just made them with scrap sheet .

I see, the change of color is the result of the reflection from your flash may be?
Very nice choices of materials! To me it just shows that with good selection of decal, one can have a cool looking boat, I am saying this because I can't paint and am too cheap to spend $500 or $600 on a panit job. Plus, I use tape, so no peeled paint if gel coat is left alone.

                  Some features .

Shaved bottom of V3 down to the copper heat absorbing compound and JB welded the esc directly to an aluminum plate with a water cooling on the underside of plate. Thermal switch JB welded directly to the copper esc compound . Switch closes @ 120F and sends power to exterior yellow LED's and a inboard water pump.
                  image.jpg

Second thermal switch located on the capacitors on the battery leads. Heat sink for the esc caps.
                  image.jpg

Servo switch closes at full left turns and sends power to the water pump and warning lights for on demand cooling while not moving or to simply make sure the system is functioning .

I don't paint very well so the decals suited me well and if something cracks or gets damaged it fixes much easier without paint all over it ! Painted boats are purdy but ad to much expense to a build and in some cases decrease the value. For me I want to run this thing with no worries that the paint will get damaged should the hull crack here or there. I can fix cracks in fiberglass fine but don't want to deal with paint ! Ben there done that ! lol

There has never been and will never be another "maiden teaser " quite like this one.
                          Looks good!!
How do you secure the hatch seal? Is there adhesive on the back? I am finally seeing the light on hatch locks but am foggy with this concept...
