    Twisted Sisters Build

Started a build chronicle in my Gallery.

Decided to call her Twisted Sisters because of the well chronicled slight twist in the hull as well as powering her with counter rotating twins.

Hull - Head of the River 32" Cat (28" running surface)

    Power - Twin 6L Fieago's on 2S2P

    More pics to come shortly.

If you click Title + it will put them in order

Nice. We have a cat class that puppy can run in. Keep us posted
Boats don't win races, drivers do.

                hammertime,

Yes and no on the decal. Yes, it's a decal, no you can't take it off since the entire hull is clearcoated. Guess you could exacto around it and remove it.

                  Ray,
I know the e bay dealer but was wondering if the hull is worth the money? I mean is the quality good?
I was thinking of getting one and use 2 700SC with 4S lipo?

Actually, the quality is good. The mold is not. The sponson botton on the Starboard side is a little twisted. Not a race boat, but for a nice fun pond cat, should be fine.

You will have to work at fittng twin 700SC's in there. It's tight.

                        I would like to use (2) 9xl's or 2300kv Ammo's - with (2) Xpower 100a esc -

                        Question:
What motor mounts & MHZ air scoops have u used???

Also i think I will go with those ETTI stringers found them on AsTec website but I would like to use OSE SV27 Flex cables do you think they will fit???

                          From the bottom up.

The ETTI Stingers are great, BUT, they are 4mm drive units. They are delivered with flex cables and teflon tubing. As well, 3/16th's props will need to be shimmed. In the U.S . you will have a problem with replacement parts.

The Scoops I used are MHZ #4 small.

Most importantly, what props do you intend to use? There is a BIG difference between a 1800 and 2300 KV motor. I do not believe your 100 amp controllers leave enough room for error.

                          All the best,

                          Ray
