X440(40mm X 1,4) would be a better option for these motors as high discharge batteries(65C) .Gill

a higher c rating pack would be desirable, very desirable, in your situation.

Bo first thing to be considered is with this high kv's motors on 6S will produce too much rpm's and with low discharge batteries you will have a reasonable heat due the IR(internal resistance).I would low your S's to 4 and stick to better packs to avoid frustration in your first build but this me.Gill

          Hi

          Thanks for your advice
I have an Hornet from hobbyking with this motor and a 37 mm 1.7 pits 3 blade on an 4s battery (the motor and ESC are still cool after 10 minutes of running), it goes 63 km/h 40 mph, I am hoping whit this boat to brake 50 mph

You could also try running on 4s and work your way up as things come back cool.
            This is NOT a toy?!?

I have same motors and esc's in a Daytona, with turnigy 65-135 c 5000's, and with 447's it will do 70ish, it went 71 today. None of the electronics came in over 110 degrees f. Oh and that was 6s 1p.
              H&M Supercat S 73mph; Daytona Twin 89.73mph
Bandit carbon fiber Larsony, 70mph; pursuit.... too slow

                    Hi

The build are going nice, I am preparing to paint it

I have coble questers for you clever folks
My Cat have to motors, one right and one left turn, but whit on are best to place on the right side of the boat and whit are best on the left side.
What do you use as lubricant for the flex shaft.

You can place your motors in the sponsons with little mods in the structure.there are many twin cats builds here..take a look at them.....As I only run SAW I only use oil but a light grease will work too.Gill

                          Hi all

I had my first test run today and et went great
The motor and ESC was not more end hand warm, but I didn’t give full gas about ¾, then max speed was 84 km/h ore 52.5 mph
Here are some photos of the boat.
