Drifter XL 1400mm build, advice needed :)

Hi,
Iam planning to build SAW boat based on this hull 1400x390mm

on these setup
motors: 2x TP5850 1150KV

battery lipo packs: 2x4s 5000 in series 8S per side

Will those items work together or what would you change?
Iam starting with 8S for beginning but 10S for fastest runs, will this work?
Which props, cables, stingers and rudders will you advice for this hull?
Bare cable in brass tube or with liner (max rpm 40k on 8S)?
Any other tips or advices?
What else whould i think about?
