    R2 Hobbies F1 Tunnel

    G'day Guys,

Well having put together a couple of catamarans from bare hulls, I thought it was time to tackle something new.

My rescue boat is an F3 tunnel boat from hobbyking and I have always thought it was a great thing, so I decided to build a larger and faster tunnel!

This little puppy was built with one thing in mind and that was speed! She will be runnning a 6S lipo with 1600-1800KV motor.

The outboard for this boat was sourced from TFL in China and uses there latest smaller shafts.

I am uploading all of the images now and will come back and add in all of the commentary and the final video of it's maiden run!

Thanks for checking out my third build on these forums!

    Az

Nice build! I really like the look of this hull, really interested to see how he runs what motor are you running? Is it a H3730?

              Hi Guys,

We have about four of these running now, all the same spec. Here is a video of one of them, all the same hull, outboard leg, battery config and motors.

Too many boats, not enough time...

Great looking (and running) tunnel. Please let us know what the motor is and the cell /ESC config.
