Water Jacket question

Can someone tell me which way is the correct way to install the water cooling jacket on my UL1. I purchased this from the OSE site and the direction for the cooling jacket noted to install correctly. That being said the water fittings are about 15 degrres apart do they go on the top of motor when mounted (which I think is correct for the water to fall as air rises) or side or bottom? Yes the outlet should be at the highest point so the water pushes the air out.
