So, here are my specs so far...

-Radtek 25" carbon hull, he described it as a bullet proof type layup.
    -twin leopard 2850 3580kv/2y
    -seaking 90a escs
    -two haiyan 2200 3s 40c packs
    -mini traxxas waterproof servo
-mr3000 receive for dual esc plugs
-custom making some non adjustable stingers with 3/16th ose flex shafts...

Have a BUNCH more miscellaneous stuff, but that's everything major I think. Any comments or suggestions are welcome!

Great! Be aware, the hull is small! It's beautifully made but man, everything is gonna be a TIGHT fit! The transom area is VERY small so I couldn't find an off the shelf stinger that would fit. I'm making a non adjustable one, its not ideal but I think it will work out in the end and be a very elegant solution.

Getting little things done....got the boat ready for the carbon inlay...

Slowly sprucing up all the electronics and figuring out the layout. Polishing and getting the rudder ready

Got the props from the prop shop...I'm not sure if they will actually work, but I will use them as show props if they don't work out. 3514 4 blade stainless CR

The 5/16 stainless tubes that will be the drives are shown, mounting them in the hull tonight, they hold 1/4 stuffing tube with some bushings.

Also shown are the custom couplers 4mm to 3/16 flex from Jeff wholt.

Got the struts in, set up a huge jig on my glass table to make sure they were EXACTLY where I wanted them, and of course parallel with the hull.

After some jb weld and sanding, I laid down a carbon inlay. Everything turned out very good in my opinion. Maybe I Put the west systems on a little thick.

Getting anxious to get this one done, but this is not a rushed build. It was a PERFECT day on the lake today.

Bent the stuffing tube, also cut the first carbon fibre motor mount...everything going smoothly so far!

That inlay must have been a real pain it came out great.
