That bushing could do with a replacement, dont reccommend running a brushless setup in the boat with the strut in that condition, as a matter of fact I would'nt reccommend runing any motor setup in that boat with a bushing like that. Other then that I think the new thread is a good idea, I lost track of the whole project half way down the second page.

Eclipse, I said I would not respond to your last thread. But, I see you have tidied up your act in this new thread. PLEASE review all your last 16 pages and understand people are trying to help you. All your direct drive motors and ESC choices are wrong...Ask some people who have run LARGE (36" and up) hulls on their experiences. In fact with cash being a premium, as I understand is your case. I would have left the boat as is and looked at previous threads to make the boat faster and learn how to run a boat. Next time buy a bare hull.

also are those kb motors any good??they look to be an ok powerplant for the SH

2-marathon 1600mah 6-volt receiver packs customized buy taking one cell out of each and wiring them together to get 12 volts and mad into a saddle pack for cooling fan
