    Unknown 42" Dumas

Does anyone have any idea what boat this might be? I was told it was an old Dumas. I ask cause I'd like to find the hatch for it. I made one on a rapid prototype machine but its not working out like I wanted. ANY help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys. I'll post more pics if the build once I get the hatch figured out.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1366587895.891922.jpg

Idea: instead of going crazy with fiberglass (time consuming), why not cut out a piece of plastic (like 1/8 or 1/16 pvc sheet) in the right shape for a cover?

I thought about doing that too, but thought about doing the fiberglass to get some experience working with it cause at some point I'd like to make my own hull too.

I would also say to cut out a piece of plastic and use it. but if you are doing this to get an experience then this will be nice.
