The double horse was my first rc boat I got 2 years ago and on the first day of running it after about 5 minutes it lost one motor and then, about half it's power, and finally died all together. I've tried running it other times but to no avail. I currently have a hobby grade rc stadium truck and wanted to try to get into boats a bit. So how could I convert the boat into a single brushless motor and install a rudder in the back? Also If some one could suggest a particular system to use that'd be great too. This is also my first boat
that wasn't a complete toy grade so I'm pretty much unsure about everything except the basic electronics that I'd need such as receiver, esc, motor, and servo. I hope this
isn't to vague and I'll need a bit of guiding throughout the build. Thanks for the help in advance.
