    Mike,

I think you got it right with your motor position. Mine is too far forward. Yesterday was proof again. Perhaps I need to spend more time trimming, but I haven't been able to achieve the speeds I had last year with the mid-location motor position. The fastest speed yesterday was 50mph, with the H5.

Hey Pete... I should post pictures, but it won't look different than the others at this point regarding the transome mod. However, I did go down in the basement and put my stuffing tube back in and it only took me less than 20min! I am loving that sleeve system more and more. If the rain can hold off I will have it running on Wednesday!

          Sup T,

"You’re a wolf in sheep’s clothing” You’re probably just setting up me and Pete for disappointment!

          Later,
          Mike

I agree. He's setting us up. Tony = Throttle = ON. I've seen it.

I'm just disappointed because my boat was faster last year, that's all. I was almost keeping up with you guys, and the straight line speed compensated for my horrible turns.

Step away for a few years and the same discussions are still going on. I suppose something can be said for consistency!
