Today I put in the bulkhead water inlet, the water outlets (2) one on what side and one inlet on the bottom. The other one I will add in tomorrow.

I'm confused, you have a dual inlet in the floor, two outlets ( one on each side), what's the bulkhead fitting for?

That will be for the rudder intake. My plans are to push two intakes to 240 amp Esc using a "Y", two to the motor cooling jacket using another "Y" connector and one line to (the bulk head line) to the motor mount. I am looking for minimal heat if at all. :)

Wow still confusing. You have so many lines going, but two outlets? I recommend losing y connectors. They're useless. If you're trying to split 1 line into 2 lines they stink cause water will flow to one side more, and if you're going from 2 lines into 1 it's useless cause there is only so much water that can flow thru one line. Keep it simple. It seems overly complex. Think of what happens when two lanes of traffic merge into one.

Sorry, not trying to be negative about your build, just trying to help

The plan is to go from two lines to one. Yo are right though, only so much water can flow through the lines, but what I am going for is speed of water flow caused by the amount being picked up through two inlets per line. The faster it comes in, the faster it goes out by displacement meaning less time to warm and more cold water circulating in theory. :)

I appreciate it. Not a problem at all. Nothing is negative here, it is all constructive and super helpful criticism.

I've built a lot of boats for other people who worry too much about water cooling, they want 5 water pickups and only three items to cool. I refuse to do it. It doesn't matter how much water you have flowing through your system, if your setup is designed incorrectly it will burnup in a second. Control your temps by picking the correct components i.e. ESC motor batteries, PROP. The best thing to do for water cooling is run short lines with smooth bends. Just figure out the shortest possible route, go to the ESC first, then water jacket, then motor mount (I don't cool my mounts)

                        Hey,
Hears a test, In a car turn on the a/c and put the fan on high and feel the air at the vent,
Now put the fan on low and feel the air at the vent.
Just a thought on how that works.

I will be running a 240 ESC and a TP 4092 2200Kv motor to start. The reason I chose the dual intakes is because I may go to twin motors down the line and I would have already done the leg work on the intakes. I may just plug one for now until I do go twin. On my deep V I don't use the motor mount cooling system, but I figured "what the heck since it came with the motor mount" :)

I've seen a 4092 2080kv smoke a 300amp ESC in about 15 seconds. What batteries and more important what prop?

Those water pickups would never work for a twin.
