So impressed with the last 4-5 runs Ive decided to build another with twin 2028's.
Original 5692/730 3KW/6KW on 12S1P equates as twins 240A before the power limits achieved.. more = heat..
Packs are proven 50/100C5800.. on 12S1P offers 290/580A which is 14.5KW/29KW peak
Castle 2028 are rated '10Hp' continuous
1Hp=746 watts.. 10Hp = 7.46KW...
As a twin = ~15KW.
As the boat is truly built/designed for a couple straightline squirts.. a pair 2028/780 are exactly what the Doctor has ordered !
Leo 6KW 36500rpm → Castle15KW 39000rpm might well be the 'Oh God' miracle Ive been searching for...
Hey Doc,
Did you get a set of blinders ordered to ?
So the wall will not be so enticing to you with this one.
I can not what to see some video's of it flying.

yes you did, my father and i now have to repair, make a cowl, paint and assemble the drag hydro
:-)
Remember the hull was a freebie, mate.... if good cond I would've kept it
Disassembled in prep the next hull, you bought the bloody lot !
Anyway, you've both the skills to tidy up that split seam ...
Dont forget an impact resistant nose cone
Lol true, totally blanked out when I posted that! Hahahaha, I saw the boat at the irvine lake race. Saw their brand new hull, brain fart. (Boat was plain white! XD)
Just a follow up.
Never did get the actual scale cowl from original hull maker.. the temporary I ran worked okay but wasnt good for looks.
The 'young lad' I gave this too.. his old man has talented mold hands..
The attached photo is of this very same boat with the cowl he plugged, molded and then produced to suit these hulls.
A true work of art.
Paint aint bad neither
