    Fightercat Fantasm 41" single drive

Finally finished my Fightercat Fantasm 41" and Wow, what an AWESOME HULL !!!!!!! I can't say enough about it, I mean it has excellent handling and is very efficient.......... I run 6s, 2 x 3s Turnigy Nano-techs with the Leopard 4092 1480kv, Turnigy Aquastar 240v ESC and an Octura 447/3. With that set up I hit low 60's. Thats pretty darn good for a 41" on a single setup. "Hello Kitty", props to your set up, thanks for the information!!!!!!

I also made an easy mounting/removalIMG_20121007_191024.jpgIMG_20121007_175908.jpgIMG_20121008_181528.jpgIMG_20121009_195932.jpgIMG_20121012_225827.jpg system for those that are low budget like me. I can remove the entire motor, esc, and receiver by 6 screws. Its all attached to an aluminum L bracket that is attached to the hull. I take it out and place it in my other boat, it's very convenient and simple.

For your setup... Yeah. Pretty inadequate. Go with 5.5mm bullets. Deans are only good to about 60 amps.

i am thinking of purchasing the same hull, can you explan the process for painting the hull aka did you have to sand and what grit then what type of paint did you use and did you use a clear at the end? Your boat came out amazing!!!!

Unfortunately, yes ditch all of the deans. They are creating a bottleneck.
