Yes I ran it in the basement to make shure the motors and servo are working. Next is the bath tub for leaks and them to banks lake for so test runs on 4s. If this goes well I will run though the boat and run 6s the next time out. I will find a way to get some vids so that your all happy.

No this one is the zonda that is a rtr. I have ran it this summer until I seen the crack in the back where the rudder mounts. I ordered new motors and servo mount so that I would upgrade as well as fix the hull. This hull was 41'' long and is now 41 1/4'' long after installing the saddle. The rudder from the Genesis is now on this hull. I ordered a new rudder for the Genesis that is bigger and stronger

these pics are of the new one and is a 185mm rudder vs the 150mm you see here.

WARNING!!! THIS RUDDER REQUIRES A LOT OF MODIFICATIONS TO MAKE IT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have it installed on the Genesis 4 hrs later!

Oh but the way the SSS3674 2075 out performs the Leopard 4074 2200kv motors. faster and longer run times. I will do one more test then they come out and are for sale!

Hows that? It is a smaller motor. It must be waaaaaaay more efficient? Any data to back that up?

I will work on that. for now I can say that you can see that they are slower and the run times are almost half. I can say that I was running 4 batteries 1 front of the motor and one behind. with the 3674 motors I ran a single 6s behind the motor only. So the boat may be running to wet. That will be my next test.

I just got Vortex 6s 5000 50-100c nano lipos that you see here. will test soon.
I hope they work as good as the Nano techs that I get from HK. These are cheaper in cost and shipping.

I bought some new 6s lipos on ebay called Vortex X. They are so called nano's and are said to be 50-100c discharge. Well there NOT! There lucky to be 25-50c. I'm currently working on getting them replaced.
here is a video that I did today that shows them running with the stock 40mm cnc props that I sharpened and polished. the rest you should know.

I think its time to go to 8s with this hull. I have some motors that I have been wanting to try. they are the HK mad thrust 4074 1200kv motors that are made to run with 6-8s lipos.
I want to try them with the Castle Ice 200 or 240 esc's I'm thinking the 240's just in case I need them for my Genesis build. I aslo want to try some 50mm 3 blade props with this set up.

The ones off of my Leopard 4074 motor are to small in diameter.
                          I hope these work.

the 3674 that is in the boat looks just like the 4074 motor. Tp water jackets are cool!

I bought a pair of 5014/3 cnc props to try with the 8s system that should match up well I'm hoping.

Looks like the Hobbyking props, They are for 4mm shaft so you have to drill them up in a lathe.
