Does the UL-1 do a better job than the 3674-b-2200 for power. I run a 442 oct. and what is your weight ( boat )? Thanks!

I race PSpec and took second with this boat, so I have to run a Spec motor
as for weight I'm not sure but its not much because this hull is Carbon Fiber

Lets bring this back up to the top.
Todd how did this paint job stand up to hatch tape?

it is doing amazing Jim !

I've not had any issues with tape pulling up any clear on this boat or any others where I use Rust-Oleum Crystal Clear Enamel
I think the trick was letting it back in the sun for a couple of hours to fully cure

Nice job, this is encouraging as I will be undertaking this process on my son's Shockwave 26 shortly. Must remember to be patient and let each layer cure completely.

I was amazed at how well the clear came out when I let it set in the sun for a few hours
I'm doing this clear with more of my boats, and they look really good

Try 120 wet and dry grit sand paper.
