That is a custom made one, its for 1/4 in cable. I may have another very similar in my parts box??? lemme get back on that. I make custom hardware. All the hardware you see in my builds was made by me....

I get ya now. Yes that is a water pump but not electric. It runs off of vacumme from the crankcase. The motor is clutched there fore needs cooling when not moving.

Thank you cant say Im fully back in the game. Running F/E boats in my area seems to be a dudd. There is a "club" but there is no official pond or any sort of official gathering other than 1 race a race which is held on private property.
My desire to build working models is still strong tho. I have 2 boats to work on ok 3 sorta. I still have an untested 37 in mono with a KB 8xl and a 200 amp esc which hasnt even been programmed and the hull is still unpainted. I also have a big twin cat which is technichally the same as the big gasser seen in this thread.
Only difference is the gasser was widened to fit the 26cc motor.
My plans for the big twin are to pull the 9xls from the 36 in twin and out 8xl in and put the 9's in the big cat. Will they be enough??? not for a speed demon, but if I keep it light and strong I am hopeing to get a simple nice looking well running cat. Seeing there is no real raceing anywhere around me no sense in breaking the bank for ultimate speed. It would be nice to try getting some big lipos for her and my other boatrs but the 5000mah 30c 5-6s packs are a bit spendy... I will build it and see what happens, maybe it will be a build for sale............??? I might have to finsh a scale truck or 2 to sell for lipos...
I also have a PT 109 that needs built. Me and Diego boy(Danny) have the same kits and talked about doing a joined build thread.....Nice to build a looker that dont need a gazillion $$$ to go fast just needs to perform and look good!!
Looing forward to this winters builds.... Dave

A ton. Hey, Shocker, if you want, I have digitized and rescaled your plans to 24", 36" and now to 72". I can give you the pdf and dxf files if you have any interest.

No need for me to have them. i have the original plans for the balsa cat. i can scale them any size i want in autocad. Thanks anyways though. I wanted to see if steven wanted to have a place on the website so people could easily download the plans doing nothing more then being a member.

I am very greatfull to shocker for shareing them with me back in the day. The changes I made (except for the gasser) have been n minimal. I changed the hatch area and did some inboard structural changes(extra supports for anti - twist.
The rear area behind the sponsons do vary some but overall reamian unchanged except for size. I do remember some issues with handling and performance at higher speeds of which I have not gotten anywhere near and prolly never will(bummer). Overall the time I have spent with the plans have been a joy. It is fun to add my personal touches to a fun project.

                                THANKS SHOCKER!!!!!!!!!!
