      xkos,
Im making a custome cat, and I would like to compare the bull bottom to others.
Can you take a pic of the bottom of the hull? A end shot down the length of the sponsons, and a side view?

        ^^ What he said

I'd like to see the bottom as well... What are the differences between this tenshock hull and the Fightercat Shocker hull or TFL zonda?

Also, did your Tenshock hull come with or preassembled with any of the hardware (like motor mounts, rudder, etc) ?

xkos: Why did you change your MTC drives to the latest ones? Have you reached 100mph yet?

(BTW... If you have any extra MTC drives that you are looking to sell... let me know) :)

Mtc drives modified for extra vabrations stability. My record is 78 mph on 5s. From now on i will try only 6s. The only think i sell right now is my hydro vortex...

Are you using oil or grease on your drives?

Were the Viper motors 2250 you had alot slower than the new TP Motors you got ?

tps are more powerfull.....i had vipers almost for a year with no issues....good temps normal performance. With tps electra gone "wilder" with great performace and low temps. Best motors for the money imo

What is the max mph you got out of those Vipers? I got a build being shipped to me with the same tenshock hull and viper motors... but they are 2240 only. So they are a bit slower than your original 2250's. I have a feeling its going to be really slow lol.

Here's a video of the boat making some runs on 6s @ 1900kv.
Do you think he's just trying to run it higher rpm with smaller props (38mm)?
Its apparently 60mph... but it looks faster than that from the video.

Great video.....tell me what props do you have on video and what speed controls. Personally i would tried 45mm props always on 6s and if temps were low, 47 octuras next. If you want to play more rpm you need more volts so 7s are next ....but also you need a good esc which can handle 7s. In my opinion keep the vipers and if you can afford buying tps 4050 2300kv will be a huge upgrade...

I would give that a 75mph guess in that vid.

Xkos, those TP's will push a lot more prop. I have a pair in my Fantasm and have found the best results in the 47mm range. 6s with your motors should have you in the same RPM range as me. So maybe some tweak and tune and you can make the gains bit by bit. It has taken me a year(actually longer) to top the 100 mark
