Good luck with the build, will follow for sure. could still be a 140km/h boat with that hardware.

Nice hardware and cf inlay, Remmie. I have to ask... what is a ManuelW rudder? Did you get the rudder servo mount from him, or does he make a custom rudder?

          Thanks Guys!

ManuelW on this forum had this rudder for sale. I believe there are only 3made or so.
And I have 1 one them and it looks hot! Will make picture this evening ;-)

          Grtz, Remmie

            Hello Guys,

nice to see this review also here on OSE. Yes its right, the rudder was made by me. That time I designed and made just 5 of them. I designed them by CAD, the rudder blade and the rudder joint are almost identical to the HPR 06 rudder, the rudder bracket is my own design and completely replaces the stock rudder from MHZ. Also the boom length is a little longer, maybe improves steering even a little more. The rudder axis also features double ball bearings and it has a different design and optic.

At the moment I'm having four of them made again, as the 5th one I used on a HPR C5009 hull.

Hope Remmie doesn't mind, here a few photos:

            regards,
            Manuel

Beautiful work as usual, Manuel. It's funny to admire such a thing as a rudder, but that's what I find myself doing.
Remmie, when do we get to see some of this jewelry mounted to that 1140 bad boy?

Nice work, very HPR like :) - does anyone here know the position/angle of the stingers? a close up picture would be really nice. I just want to confirm if I have it right.

Yes, its for a buddy. He doesnt have the time or will to build it. I have the will, but not so much time.
But should not be a difficult build. Just need to score some Carbon plates and then I can get start building!
