    battery placement? MG.

I've got a Miss Geico and my batteries are in my sponsons. They are held in place by Velcro but i'm noticing that when I remove the batteries its gradually pulling up the plate that they sit on. Is there a better solution to holding them in place?

Yep a common problem on rtr boats, the glue isnt very good & they dont use enough. Just reglue with good epoxy & more of it.

I started using aquarium silicone around my battery trays while ALS strapping the lipos in I got the idea from Manuel here on OSE when he posted some info on his Hpr it works great I haven't had a tray ever come loose using it and I had some hard crashes in the 70 's it also helps with vibrations and hard impacts due to having a cushioned base
